A guide of how to control your system
Once we have installed or reconnected your new or existing system or devices, we will provide on-the-spot training on how to use and control them.
However, we understand that over time, clients often forget the verbal instructions they received on the installation day.
To address this, we are offering a comprehensive guide called "How to Control Your System." This guide will make it easy for you to operate and manage your Audio & Video system without the worry of forgetting important details.
During the installation process, we will take notes on the functionality of the system in your home. We will then dedicate time at our office to create, print, and laminate the guide, ensuring its durability.
Once the guide is ready, we will send it to you via postal service.
This additional service is available for $99.
If you face any challenges due to health, age, lack of time, or transportation, we are here to assist you.
We offer a convenient service where we can purchase your new equipment from reputable retailers on your behalf. We will handle the delivery and installation, ensuring that everything is set up for your enjoyment.
Additionally, if you have any faulty equipment, we can arrange to have it taken to a reliable repairer. Once it has been fixed, we will bring it back to you and reinstall it into your system. The cost for this service will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as repairer availability and location.

This tool utilizes formulas and algorithms to precisely calculate all the parameters necessary for building a home cinema. These include the exact speaker locations that comply with Dolby Digital 'Atmos' specifications, screen size considerations, optimal seating locations, projector requirements in relation to screen type and specifications, and the required amplification to meet THX performance standards.
Furthermore, before the installation takes place, we will thoroughly review the specifications of all system components. This will enable us to produce a comprehensive wiring diagram that clearly shows all the connections and interfaces between the various components of the system. This diagram will be maintained in our records for future reference, system servicing, upgrades, or relocation to a new house."
